1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:
The “Europcar’s Endless Summer” promotion begins June 1st, 2018 and ends on July 31st, 2018. No purchase necessary. Travel agents may enter by booking through Click 4 Wheels from June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018. Only Europcar car rental bookings made by agents located in the United States for rentals at any global Europcar location (except USA and Canada) are eligible for the Random Drawing Prize, $100 Cash Card Prize, and $25 Cash Card Prize as a result of the promotion. The contest is open only to U.S. agents that are in good standing with Europcar. Void where prohibited.
2. How to enter:
Travel agents that book over $5,000 USD directly through Click 4 Wheels from June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will be entered in a random drawing to win a $250 USD cash card. All bookings must be actualized by August 31st, 2018.
Travel agents that book $3,000 USD or more directly through Click 4 Wheels from June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will be eligible for a $100 cash card. All bookings must be actualized by August 31st, 2018.
Travel agents that book $500 USD directly through Click 4 Wheels from June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will be eligible for a $25 cash card. All bookings must be actualized by August 31st, 2018.
Eligibility for Prizes:
Agents that book $ 5,000 USD during June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will be entered to win a $250 cash card. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible agent.
Agents that book $3,000 USD during June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will receive a $100 cash gift card.
Agents that book $500 USD during June 1st, 2018 to July 31st, 2018 will receive a $25 cash gift card.
3. Prizes:
- Random Drawing – agents that book $5,000 USD with Europcar through Click 4 Wheels– will be entered in a drawing to win a $250 cash gift card.
- The Random Drawing prize is a $250 cash gift card. Winners will be responsible for spending funds at their discretion. Europcar is not responsible if cash card is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Agents that qualify for the Random Drawing Prize will also receive the $100 Cash Card Prize for reaching the $3,000 USD threshold.
- $100 Cash Card Prize – agents who book $3,000 USD or more with Europcar through Click 4 Wheels–will receive a $100 cash gift card.
- The $100 Cash Card Prize is a cash gift card. Winners will be responsible for spending funds at their discretion. Europcar is not responsible if cash card is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- $25 Cash Card Prize – agents that book $500 USD with Europcar through Click 4 Wheels– will receive a $25 cash gift card.
- The $25 Cash Card Prize is a cash gift card. Winners will be responsible for spending funds at their discretion. Europcar is not responsible if cash card is lost, stolen, or damaged.
All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Random Drawing is $250 USD, $100 Cash Card Prize is $100 USD, and the $25 Cash Card Prize is $25 USD.
4. Selection of Winners
Winners will be notified on or about September 7th, 2018. If a potential winner does not respond by October 1st, 2018, if a winner is unable to be contacted by October 1st, 2018, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, the prize will be forfeited.
5. Conditions for “Europcar’s Endless Summer” promotion:
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Europcar reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the “Summer promotion” without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event or to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.
Winner must be an agent in good standing with Europcar and at least 21 years of age and a legal U.S. resident.
By participating in this promotion, the winner grants the promoters permission to use their name and likeness on the www. europcar4agents.com website and for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).
Winner is liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited. Entrants must be part of a valid travel agency and it is the entrant’s responsibility to update Europcar of any change in their travel agency. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Europcar, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Europcar, the sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited.
6. Winners’ names:
For the names of the prize winners, send an email to Europcar@us-sales.com. The winners’ names will be sent when the promotion is over, and the prizes are awarded. Requests for the winners’ names must be received by October 31th, 2018.
